Here is an original burger recipe with lamb and mint yogurt sauce, as much freshness as it is delicious.
Ingredients for 4 persons :
- 1 eggplant
- 1 tsp. grape seed oil
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 10 cl of clarified butter
- 350 g ground lamb
- 1 tsp. tandoori spice
- 4 special burgers with curry bread
- Sheets of mint (depending on quantity desired)
- Coarse salt
For the yogurt sauce:
- 1 tsp. coffee of ginger fresh or powder
- 5 sheets of mint
- 4 strands of coriander
- 2 plain yogurts
- 2 pinches of tandoori spices
- Salt

Lamb burgers, mint sauce
> Wash and mince the eggplant, let it drain in coarse salt for 30 minutes. Wipe it dry, then fry it in a pan with the grapeseed oil.
> Preheat the oven to 130 ° C (th. 4/5).
> Peel the onion and garlic (degerm it), then finely chop them.
> In a frying pan, pour the clarified butter, then cook the onion and garlic without coloring. Add the lamb and season with the tandoori.
For the yogurt sauce:
> Peel and chop the ginger, wash and chop the mint and coriander,
mix with yogurt and spices. Season.
> Cut the breads in half. Let them cool in the oven.
> On each half of the bread, place a few mint leaves and pieces of eggplant. Drizzle with the sauce. Place the meat then add again mint (or salad) and sauce, then close.
Serve immediately!
